At Little Wonders, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality baby diapers and baby clothing that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened diaper packages
  • Used diapers
  • Washed or worn baby clothing
  • Products with removed tags or packaging
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  4. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • The same item (if defective)
  • A replacement item of equal value
  • An alternative size or color, subject to availability

Exchange requests are processed after inspection and approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Little Wonders will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard return process will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Little Wonders reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

All decisions regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to product inspection and verification.
